Mango Tree Kitchen to develop 40 more outlets of Pad Thai Kitchen
Restaurant innovator Mango Tree Worldwide is planning to spread its new fastfood chain ‘Pad Thai Kitchen’ into 40 locations worldwide over the next three years.
“Following the launch of the new Mango Tree Kitchen concept in Japan (last month), a chain of 40 outlets is expected to be rolled out over the next three years, focusing on the busiest areas of major global cities,” the company said in a statement.
Diners at Mango Tree’s Pad Thai Kitchen can order freshly made Pad Thai, either plain or with a choice of pork, chicken, beef and shrimps, plus special variations such as Pad Mi Korat and Pad Ki Mao.
A Thai street food favourite, Pad Thai classically combines stir-fried noodles with eggs, tofu, beansprouts and condiments.
Eat-in and takeaway options are available, and the menu will change depending upon the time of day, allowing commuters to enjoy different Pad Thai variations on their ways to and from work, or as a quick lunch.
Right now, Pad Thai Kitchen has only one branch located at Tokyo Station in Japan.
