Gretchen Ho cooks meat-free spaghetti using Quorn
TV host and athlete Gretchen Ho is trying to adhere to her healthy lifestyle every step of the way, which shows even in her cooking.
In a recent post in the social media, Ho shared a photo of herself cooking spaghetti using meat-free ingredients.
“Cooked some spaghetti for late dinner last night using #QuornPH grounds. Sarap! Living healthy with my Mycoprotein grounds, a nutritious form of protein that is low in saturated fat (85 percent less than lean beef), has less calories per meal, and zero cholesterol,” Ho said.
Ho is currently the brand ambassador of meat-free food manufacturer Quorn, which is still trying to capture a healthy market in the Philippines.
Owned by Philippine-based Monde Nissin, Quorn offers healthier versions of your favorite meals – whether you go for ingredient-type products that allow you to cook from scratch like fillets or grounds, or for ready-to-cook options like nuggets, burgers, etc.
