Gretchen Ho makes active effort to eat healthy

Even if she’s super busy with her work sched, Gretchen Ho tries to make it a point to prepare her own meals when she can and make it as healthy as possible.

As an athlete and a television host, she acknowledges that it can be quite a challenge to eat right when there’s no time to scrutinize every meal but when the opportunity arises, she just prepares her dinner with healthy ingredients from QuornPh.

“Living healthy with my Mycoprotein grounds, a nutritious form of protein that is low in saturated fat (85% less than lean beef), has less calories per meal, and zero cholesterol!,” she said. She also cooked it without any oil, making it even healthier and more delicious.
