NFA to adopt improved service contracts next year
The National Food Authority said it is finalizing the form and content of standardized contracts for its various services in order to improve its operations.
The state-run grains authotiry said the fresh standardization for service contracts on trucking, hauling, warehouse handling and security services to be implemented starting next year.
“The standardization of the terms of reference (TOR) for service contracts will realize a true, transparent and competitive bidding in NFA services,” NFA Administrator Jason Laureano Aquino said in a statement.
“As I have always said, I will allow partiality or bias, only if it is in favor of the government,” he added.
