Christmas is coming once again. For sure, you all have encountered the famous lechon in one of the parties you’ve attended this season. How about try the boneless lechon for a change?

To those with limited dining space and hates the task of chopping, Food Evolution discovered a restaurant that offers boneless lechon and you might actually like it.

Bai’s Boneless Lechon Cebu is a Filipino restaurant that offers lechon belly with well-seasoned, succulent meat and crispy skin.
