Grace Park supports local farmers

Grace Park takes pride in serving up the best dishes with the use of the best ingredients. But this does not mean that all of their ingredients are imported because the restaurant believes that the freshest produce can be sourced from the local markets.

Chef Margarita Fores delights in personally shopping for ingredients from the local wet market which will later be turned into her culinary masterpieces.

The best produce from local farmers — golden kalabasa flowers, sampalok sprouts, Baguio lemons and limes, huge local ponkan and, avocadoes, chico, local tomatoes, dalandan and rambutan.

Pink oyster mushrooms

Sweet, delicious and affordable are these dalandans.

“Philippine produce never ceases to amaze me,” she said.
