Japan promotes ‘Supermarket Trade Show’ in PH
Japan is now directly promoting its “Supermarket Trade Show 2018” in the Philippines in a bid to attract food distribution companies in the Philippines to either visit or exhibit in the show.
New Supermarket Association of Japan (NSAJ), which will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2018, is set to hold the “Supermarket Trade Show 2018”, which will be held at Makuhari Messe (Chiba, Japan) from 14th (Wed) to 16th (Fri) February 2018.
“Supermarket Trade Show 2018” is an exhibition specialized in a retailing industry focusing on supermarkets. It offers the latest information about the food distribution industry with a focus on supermarkets.
More than 2,000 Japanese companies from each region of Japan open their exhibition booths while more than 86,000 retailing industry officials are expected to come.
NSAJ Exhibition Section Manager Tetsuichiro Tomihari said Japan wants to further disseminate its food and non-food products in the Philippine market.
Tomihari also said that Philippines supermarket brands are also welcomed to penetrate the Japanese market.
