Last minute Christmas gift? Try Geraldine Patisserie
It’s still more than a week before Christmas and if you’re running out of ideas what to give to your loved ones and friends, here’s what you can do: go online, take orders, and give them the best affordable pastries in town.
We’re talking about Geraldine Patisserie, a new home-based bakeshop that offers patisseries that are way too affordable.
It sells brownies for P15 each and P500 for half tray; Brazo de Mercedes for 25 per slice and P380 for whole; Cheesecake for 90 each and P750 for whole; cupcakes for P20 each; and Eclairs for P15 apiece.
Geraldine Patisserie can be reached through its Facebook and Instagram account.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairperson Teresita Herbosa already suggested before that if you’re going to buy presents, you should get them from small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs).
“For those who are going to buy Christmas presents, here’s a suggestion: Buy gifts from small businesses. The neighbor who sells the handmade burloloy, women and mother entrepreneurs, artisans, shops in the neighborhood, the baker who makes handmade sweets,” Herbosa said.
“Let the money reach ordinary people. So there will be more people who will have a better Christmas. Let us support our micro & small enterprises,” she added.
