Chef JP experiments with Beef Bulaklak
Chef JP Anglo of Sarsa restaurant is cooking up something special this year.
Expect something new to possibly appear on the menu of his restaurant pretty soon. Chef JP recently teased that he is experimenting with something he calls the beef bulaklak, which we assume is the beef version of the classic chicharon bulaklak made from pork intestines.
It looks just as tasty as the classic streetfood and knowing Chef JP, there’s definitely a neat surprise in store for the Sarsa twist. Continue to surprise us Chef!
