“We appreciate your patronage and look forward to continuing to provide you with the same great value, quality and freshness you have come to enjoy,” S & R said in its announcement.
The announcement drew mixed reactions from netizens, especially on Twitter.
Some were happy about it because this means that more people will opt for water instead. They said that while many would bewail this development, their health will benefit in the long run.
Better. Make water unlimited instead.

This is a good thing. i understand though why some people who are addicted to soda would be upset, but this is for their own good. Right now, they dont feel the long term effects of their soda drinking but in a few years, they will feel it medically and financially.

Some were quite good natured about it and cracked jokes, as is normal for Pinoys.
