NIA aims for a better 2018
National Irrigation Administration chief Ricardo R. Visaya said the agency’s new year’s resolution is to work in unity toward servicing the public better.
“As we navigate 2018, we will continue to come up with policies, strategies, and actions in the furtherance of our task”, the official was quoted in a statement.
Visaya noted that efficient and effective project implementation can be auded by hiring more technical team members to supervise various constructions of irrigation projects.
The NIA administrator also shared that the agency’s P41.66 billion 2018 budget has been approved along with the implementation of the Salary Standardization Law for the agency, putting thigs on track toward a better year.
“There are lots of work to do and we must do it as best as we can”, he said.
