Salt Bae impresses with burger prep
If there’s one thing that Turkish chef NusretGökçe can be counted on, its for cooking his dishes with a flair.
In his latest video, the chef, known online for the monicker #SaltBae gave a sneak peek to his fans about how he prepared a giant burger.
At the beginning of the video uploaded by Eat of Pass, the stylish chef catches the meat in midair with a knife then cuts meat from a slab of prime cut. He then gently grinds the meat in the processor.
He carefully seasons the meat and finishes it off with his signature salting style before grilling the giant patty on the grill. He later assembles the burger using freshly baked bread and cuts it neatly in half to reveal the juiciness of the patty.
