ONE FC champ Aung Lang San preps healthy meal in 15 minutes
Want to prepare your dishes like a literal champ? ONE FC Middleweight champion Aung Lang San recently shared the recipe to prepare a healthy meal in under 15 minutes.
He even timed his attempt to prove how quickly one can duplicate his meal.
For this recipe, the champ said that one would need 1 pc chicken breast fillet, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 cup snow peas, 1 cup cauliflower, 2 tbsp oil and seasoning like salt, pepper and oregano.
The champ said that his plating still needed some work but the meal is guaranteed to provide your body with healthy energy like protein, carbs and veggies.
