Bath’s Burger King dubbed as ‘worst restaurant ever’
With the only KFC store in Bath shutting its doors, locals and tourists are now flocking other food joints in the largest city in the ceremonial county of Somerset in England to beat their fast-food cravings. However, they were left with only one option, Burger King, which is now considered as the worst restaurant in the city.
Burger King received a score of 2.5 out of 5 on travel site Trip Advisor with majority of the reviewers calling the fast-food joint as “terrible,” “disgusting,” and “poor quality.” Ironically, it was also ranked 415th “Best” Restaurant in Bath.
According to one customer, the Burger King store should be closed down due to poor sanitation and lack of staff knowledge in handling and preparing food, citing the spillage of drinks and food all over the floors and tables.
Others said that the management did not even bother to act on the negative complaints and just ignore them when informed about the matter.
But despite this, there were a few customers who said that they were “very satisfied” with the service and experience when they visited store.
