Some customers are not too happy with ‘Korean J Grill’
Korean restaurant “Korean J Grill” failed to make all of its customers. Sometimes, they feel their food offerings are too expensive. Sometimes, they feel the service isn’t too good.
Located in Quezon City, the restaurant was first established in Korea a few years ago. It offers many Korean cuisines and authentic grill dishes.
Joyce Jeong, a netizen, did not hold back when she posted her complaints versus the restaurant in her Facebook account.
She said that she had to pay P1,470 for a set of meals that didn’t taste great at all.
“Had dinner here 2 days ago and my 2 year old son and I still have diarrhea. We ordered nakji samgyeupsal gui, a half order of crispy fried chicken and ssoondubu jjigae. Our bill was P1,470.00 which was regretful because the only thing that tasted ok there was the water,” Jeong said.
“The nakji samgyeupsal had way too much sauce which made every spoonful unbearable, plus they burnt it because the staff left it cooking for a long time; the ssoondubu jjigae had no ssoondubu (it was named like so, because it’s supposed to be soft tofu soup) — it had 2 pieces of clams and 2 thin shrimps, 1 egg and the rest are leeks,” she added.
She also said that the crispy fried chicken she ordered had dark and odd smell.
She ended her rant with tagging the restaurant as the “worst Korean restaurant” she’s even been in.
Nevertheless, the company was quick to respond and apologize about what happened.
“We will improve our taste. We will do best to valued customers. Thank you so much again,” it said.
The restaurant is located at Unit A-1 186 Tomas Morato Ave.corner Sct. De Guia Quezon City, Philippines
For Inday Marcos, there is also no going back to this restaurant.
She said that while she enjoyed some dishes, she feels that they charge too much for their food.
Last year, another netizen, Kelvin Klein Lazam, also wrote about the company’s bad customer service.
