Erwan takes us on a South of Manila food trip for his vlog

Check out Erwan’s latest blog post as he hooks you up with three classic Pinoy dishes in a road trip that you can quickly replicate.

For is latest vlog entry, Erwan drove to the provinces in the south of Manila for his food trip. His first stop was Batangas where he tried out one of the specialty dishes in Liam’s – the lomi. His bowl costs only P55 and he said that it was well worth the money because it was super delicious.

Erwan also took time to visit Tagaytay where he had famous bulalo and shopped for his favorite pasalubong treat, panutsa. Unlike the typical bulalo though, Erwan ordered his from BalayDako where they came up with the sizzling version of the classic delicacy.

Sizzling bulalo is a bit pricey at P1250 and Erwandescribed it as comfort food at its finest. Erwan also made sure to try their original soup version to get the full bulalo experience.

The final stop for Erwan’s food trip is the famous Big Ben’s Imus Longganisa which he praised for its subtle delicious taste and all natural ingredients. He paired it with sinangag and egg and made for a great longsilog. Because that’s how you enjoy longganisa, right? (ANGEL ONG)
