Ramen Santouka adds Lenten Specials to its menu
With the Lenten Season upon us, Ramen Santouka has also added something to the menu for the observance of Lent.
In addition to its usual roster of bestsellers, Ramen Santouka has added Hokkaido Tsukemen which is melted butter on top of salmon and vegetables and simmered in miso for a delightful dipping noodle dish inspired by the northern part of Japan.
There’s also the Santouka Seafood Ramen which is Santouka’s signature shio soup combined with fresh vegetables and seafood.
