US presidential diet shifts from fast food to soup and salad
President Donald Trump has seemed to become more health conscious as no one saw him eating burger this week.
The Bloomberg News reported yesterday that the president’s meals this week was filled with soup and salads except that one day he had bacon for breakfast.
As revealed by his former aides, the US President enjoys junk food for meals. He reportedly can down two McDonald’s Big Macs, two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches, and a small chocolate milkshake — about 2,430 calories — in one sitting.
The new diet was imposed following a health examination in January in which Trump was marked with “excellent health” except that he had to lose some 10 to 15 pounds over a year.
Trump weighed 239 pounds and stood 6 feet, 3 inches tall, putting him just a pound away from obesity based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Adult BMI Calculator.
