Domino’s Australia to add more vegan option in time for ‘No Meat May’
Just in time for ‘No Meat May’, Domino’s Pizza Australia teased customers of a potential new vegan-friendly addition to its menu.
With increasing number of Australians are embracing veganism and vegetarianism, the pizza chain’s local branch is tapping into a growing plant-based market.
With the cheese-free garlic bread to its permanent menu, Domino’s Australia recently launched three new cheesy vegan pizzas: the Vegan Avocado Veg, the Vegan Margherita, and the Vegan Spicy Trio, last January.
But the franchise is not done yet, following the success of the launch, they recently posted a teaser for a possibly a new fan favorite.
The caption goes: ‘we know that garlic bread has been a staple for our Vegan customers for a while now … should a vegan cheesy garlic bread make it to our menu?’
According to a report from LIVEKINDLY, the positive feedback from the consumers made the Australia branches decide to keep it.
“We have been overwhelmed by the popularity of our Vegan cheese, we received great feedback about having it so it will stay on the menu,” Domino’s said.
