G-Dragon’s Untitled 2017 cause spike in tourism, rakes in $15K per week from fans
He may be enlisted in the military for his mandatory service for the meantime, but the King of K-pop and BIG BANG leader G-Dragon is still proving his power by causing a spike in domestic tourism from fans who want to visit his new establishment, Untitled 2017.
It can be recalled that days prior to his enlistment, G-Dragon presided over the opening of his new café building in JejuShinhwa World Complex. Aside from simply being GD’s café, the establishment boasts of the artist’s personal touch as some of his artworks and memorabilia are featured in the uniquely designed building.
The café is also where fans can purchase exclusive GD merchandise like the Untitled 2017 Flower Package which contains mugs, beans, bracelets and notebooks designed by G-Dragon. Based on recent reports from Seoulfn, Untitled 2017 has pulled in an average sale of 15 million won (USD$15000) per week.
