Jollibee sets aside P12B for this year’s capex
Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) had set aside a capital expenditure (capex) budget of P12 billion for this year to build new stores and renovate existing branches, a report showed.
The company announced this as it disclosed its 2017 income, which grew by 15.3 percent to P7.1 billion.
Also, its system wide retail sales improved by 15.2 percent to P171.8 billion last year, while its revenues increased by 15.6 percent to P131.6 billion.
All in all, JFC opened 328 new stores in the Philippines and 137 new stores abroad last year.
Moving forward, the company said the expansion should continue this year, hear and abroad.
