Based on a report by Eater Washington DC, the pop-up turned brick-and-mortar restaurant has officially joined the expanding universe of DC’s Filipino restaurants last week.

Aside from the said signature dish, Kuya Ja will also serve adobo chicken wings, veggie lumpia, sisig, and garlic fried rice-filled burrito, among others.
