But how do you make sure you’re getting the best Soy Milk?
You can try making it yourself. Pulse.ng shared an easy step by step guide:
First make sure you got all the right ingredients. It is important to only use white soy beans. Prepare the water in which you’ll soak the beans in. You can add sugar if you want you soy milk sweetened.
When all is prepared, soak the soybeans in water overnight. Rinse soybeans and remove skins as best you can. Then add soybeans and water to blender and Blend until smooth.
Strain the blended mixture using a mesh bag. A tight-weave cloth is preferable, as twisting the top tightly enables you to continue squeezing out more milk.
When you’ve squeezed out all the liquid that you can, heat the strained milk in a pot stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Finally, cool the milk and store.
