Learn to cook like a pro and make your summer break productive with Back of the House’s cooking classes from May 18-20.
Master Asian favorites like gyoza, chicken teriyaki, choco mocha, pad thai, roast chicken sate and sticky rice in Asian Quickies for Beginners from May 18-19. The classes are recommended for newbie cooks and teens.
If you want to challenge your skills a bit more, sign up for the Chinese Faves class which will have you whipping up birthday noodles, sweet and sour pork, beef with broccoli and yang chow fried rice on May 20.
There’s also the Cook Wine Dine class which is perfect for dishes you can prepare when you want to have a classy date night or impress your friends while entertaining at home. Learn to cook steak fajitas, tortillas from scratch, pico de gallo, refried beans, Mexican banana with chocolate sauce. The class will be on May 19.
