No Trump allowed: De Niro bans POTUS in all Nobu restaurants
Hollywood star Robert De Niro has just dropped the mother of all bombs on the most powerful man in the world, banning United States President Donald Trump from entering in any of his posh restaurant chain.
De Niro is the co-owner of the world-famous Nobu restaurant chain along with Meir Teper, Drew Nieporent and Richie Notar.
The veteran star added that he would step out of any restaurants if POTUS would walk to its doors.
“I don’t care what he likes. If he walked into a restaurant I was in – I’d walk out,” he said.
Trump has visited Nobu in Moscow, the same time when he allegedly paid prostitutes to perform golden showers.
It seems that not much has changed since the U.S. presidential elections, when De Niro, who is a vocal anti-Trump advocate, called the latter a stupid pig.
De Niro’s publicist Stan Rosenfield, however, clarified that “nobody is banned from Nobu,” adding “it’s a restaurant. It’s not a political forum.”
Nobu also said that the only way to get banned is by acting drunk and disorderly, or by misbehaving and harassing the staff or other customers.
