Pharrell Williams ventures into food and beverage business
Happy Singer Pharrell Williams is happy to announce that he will venture into food and beverage business by setting up his first restaurant and cocktail lounge in Miami, Florida.
A Billboard article showed that this fall, Pharrell is set to debut his first-ever restaurant and cocktail lounge called Swan and Bar Bevy in Miami.
To push through with the business, Williams had partnered with business mogul and nightlife king, David Grutman, who owns the popular nightclub LIV.
Swan and Bar Bevy is at located at 90 N.E. 39th St and will span 17,000 square feet.
The report showed that Williams and Grutman have been working on the restaurant for almost two year now.
The restaurant will operate under Grutman’s hospitality company, Groot Hospitality, which services other Miami restaurants like Komodo, LIV Hard Rock Stadium, OTL, and Planta.
“[Pharrell] has some great ideas and visions,” Grutman told South Florida Business Journal.
“I think it’s going to the be the most beautiful restaurant in Miami,” he added.
The official opening date for the restaurant is yet to be announced.
