Rico’s to bring spicy lechon in Metro Manila
The top lechon restaurant in Cebu is opening its first branch in Metro Manila, bringing with them the signature spicy lechon and other popular delictables.
Spot.ph reported that the first Rico’s Lechon branch in Manila will be located at The Fort Strip in Bonifacio Global City, tentatively set for July 2018.
Specifically, the store will be at the Entertainment Complex, 26th corner 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
Since opening its first store in Cebu City in 1997, the famouus restaurant became locally known for its lechon, which they stuff with lemongrass, tomatoes, leeks, vinegar, ginger, calamansi, and more spices before roasting over an open pit.
They’re also known for their Spicy Lechon, which has chili and garlic for lip-smacking spiciness.
Rico’s Lechon in Cebu City also offers top sellers like ngohiong (their version of lumpia), grilled squid, kalderetang kambing, and more.
