Use longganisa to add new layer of flavor to pasta
If you’re looking to add an extra oomph to your regular pasta, why not add something extra Pinoy to give it a different flavor?
The good folk at the Red Kitchen Network wants to hook you up with a delightful recipe that levels up your typical spaghetti by adding bits of longganisa to the dish. Instead of just combining the pasta and the sauce, make sure incorporate all the ingredients more effectively by giving it some time inside the oven.
What’s good about it is it takes less than an hour to prepare in total, which means that your kids won’t get bored while waiting for their merienda and you can show off your skills to the hubby when you want to impress him with something more “professional.”
