Why go for traditional when you can level up your Dinakdakan like this?
If you’re a fan of sisig, you may want to whip out your notebook and take note of this slightly less popular but equally tasty kin of your favorite pulutan.
Similar to sisig, the dinakdakan is a dish made out of boiled pork snout, pork ears, liver and pig brain, but the dish originates from Ilocos. The folk at BiteSized made an updated video which features the dish prepared in delightful lettuce cups.

There’s more preparation time involved because of the boiling, marinade and grilling time but the results are definitely worth the effort. Make sure to prepare it for your next hangout sesh. It goes great with beer but it can also be the highlight of your dinner party.
