Yeng makes vegan version of Erwan’s salpicao
Yeng Constantino’s schedule may be full with her regular hurado stint in Showtime and her music gigs but she also takes time to stay at home and cook when there is time.
She documented her attempt to copy Erwan Heussaff’s Tastemade recipe of Salpicao and made a vegan version of the dish.
Yeng has been a vegan for several years now and has served as an inspiration for many people as she still gets to enjoy a lot of good food even though she doesn’t consume meat.
As for the results of her salpicao dish, it looks great but she still poked fun at her attempt and asked whether it would pass Erwan’s standards. (ANGEL ONG)
