Celebrate the flavors of meat at Solaire’s Finestra

If you ever need to celebrate anything special and are looking for a levelled up flavor experience, you may want to stop by Macapagal and visit Solaire’s Finestra where Chef Alan and Chef Marcelo are waiting to wow you with perfectly prepared steaks made to your liking.

In a sneak peek video, they share that they use premium Omaha meat and season it with the perfect blend of salt, pepper, fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, oregano and sage. Could you already feel those flavors coming together?

Chef Marcelo said that since he was little, each celebration was highlighted with delicious meat dishes so he wants to share this joy with their patrons.

After cooking the meat, both chefs sample the finish product with goblets of wine, just like they were in Italy.
