A cheese factory is set to rise in Clark, a multi-billion project that aims to boost the country’s cheese production.
A report in Manila Bulletin showed that French food company La Rose Noire is planning to invest as much as P2 billion to build a cheese manufacturing facility, which follows the firm’s recent investment on macaroons production.
Clark Development Corp. President and CEO Noel Manankil said, as cited in the report, that they are scheduled to sign the lease agreement with La Rose Noire on June 27.
To be exact, the facility is located inside the Clark Special Economic Zone and Freeport.
