Most recenty, Chef Gaita was invited for a segment in Italian broadcasting network Rai 3 to demonstrate how to make Kinilaw. During her guesting, she talked about Filipino food and having fresh ingredients to prepare good food.
The show also featured fresh Pinoy vegetables like saluyot, kalabasa, patola, sitaw, upo, ampalaya, labanos, kangkong, gabi, mangga, and more, all sourced in Rome for the TV show, which made her super proud of our kababayans.
