Heads up! If you’re looking for a food trip that’s definitely Filipino, you might want to check out the spread at Islas Pinas.

It has a unique concept that features famous Philippine sites like Chocolate Hills, Calle Crisologo, Paoay Church, Banaue Rice Terraces and Intramuros, all in one location.

Islas Pinas is the brainchild of renowned chef Margarita Fores and defines itself as a food and heritage village.

It also operates with a cashless pay system wherein guests are issues a Islas Pinas Pass that they could use to purchase goods within the establishment. Upon exit, passes are surrendered and the accumulated bill is settled before leaving.
