Kris Aquino indulges on a ‘very healthy lunch’

In an attempt to be healthier, actress and TV Host Kris Aquino took to heart the definition of a “very healthy lunch”.

This, as she tried her “best” to have iron, vitamin, and fiber rich in one meal.

Yesterday, Kris had steak, bean sprouts, ampalaya, and red rice for lunch.

“Steak, bean sprouts, red rice (for iron, anti oxidants, zinc, vitmin B6, and helps lower bad cholesterol), ampalaya (very good for the body’s production of insulin, high in vitamin B, iron, calcium, and betacatorotene),” she explained.

As of now, Kris runs her own YouTube show called The Aquinos, which has 233,000 subscribers.

She will also soon star in a Star Cinema movie called “I Love You Hater”.
