But if you want to stay healthy like her, you may want to follow her example and her simple morning regimen of drinking what she calls her morning elixir. You only need a few ingredients — chia seeds which are considered superfoods because they boost energy, are rich in protein and fiber; lemons that are rich in vitamin C and alkaline, plus apple cider vinegar to speed up your metabolism and make you less hungry.
The recipe entails that you mix these three ingredients together with maple syrup, ice and water to make for a refreshing morning picker upper.
