Spanish cuisine meets Pinoy food on Tomatito X Sarsa collab
It only took one night for Tomatito Manila and Sarsa Kitchen to make “a taste of history”. This was when they collaborated and made modern Spanish-Filipino fusion cuisine.
During such collaboration, Sarsa’s Chef JP Anglo, known as Chef Jayps, and Tomatito’s Chef Carlos Franco took over one kitchen to make dishes like ‘Conchinillo with grilled malagkit callos rice, grilled pork liver sauce and salsa tuba vinegar’.
“When Spanish meets Pinoy,” Chef Jayps said. “It was fun collaborating with you guys”.
Sarsa Kitchen+Bar features the best of traditional Filipino and Negrense dishes, using the best local ingredients with contemporary touch.
Tomatito Manila, on the other hand, is a sexy tapas bar inspired by the 80’s yet beautifully blends contemporary elements in its food as well as its design.
