2 SONAs later, farmers still hoping for Duterte’s campaign promise

Asia-Pacific Network for Food Sovereignty (APNFS) said that two State of the Nation Address (SONA) later, farmers all over the country are still hoping for President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign promises for them.

APNFS said.

sa importasyon,” it added.

APNFS issued this statement before Duterte delivered his third SONA this afternoon.

In the statement, the group added how farmers were left at the mercy of the government’s decision to import more rice.
