‘AngPeke-Peke Mo’ campaign seeks to underscore impact of fake pesticides

Croplife Philippines has teamed up with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authorityto launch the “AngPeke-Peke Mo” campaign to promote awareness on the harmful impacts of fake pesticides on crops and livelihood.

According to FPA Executive Director Wilfredo Roldan, farmers should be wary of fake pesticides and only purchase legitimate products approved by the agency that have been tested for their effectiveness against pests.

The ad depicts the regret of farmers who patronize fake pesticides after these fail to keep pests from infecting the farmlands, causing loss of income and families suffering from the economic impact brought on by the counterfeit products. (ANGEL ONG)
