Anne gets 3 bags worth of loose change for UNICEF’s nutrition program
UNICEF ambassador Anne Curtis is a true advocate for causes supporting the children. Even when she’s not in events, she makes it a point to encourage people to do the same.
On a flight to Cagayan de Oro, the actress and television host took the cudgels for UNICEF’s 1,000 days program and personally walked the aisle to ask passengers for loose change that can go a long way for the beneficiaries.
She managed to collect 3 bags worth of loose change as a result of her effort.
“To all CEBUPAC passengers, next time you’re on a flight and the lovely F.A’s come around with this bag, know that you are helping children that benefit from the first 1000 days program of UNICEF. Your loose change goes a looooooong way. Salamat po!” she said.

Salamat sa Lahat ng passengers and thank you for renewing this program with us! I truly hope this becomes a LIFETIME partnership! To all CEBUPAC passengers, next time you’re on a flight and the lovely F.A’s come around with this bag know that you are helping children that benefit from the first 1000 days program of UNICEF 💙 Your loose change goes a looooooong way. UNICEF’s 1,000 day program supports beneficiaries 270 days of pregnancy up to two years until the child is born to ensure that they get healthy food that can support their nutritional needs and brain development. (ANGEL ONG)
