There’s a way to spruce up your breakfast favorite using only two ingredients so you get a different flavor to your regular pancakes.
The good folks over at Genius Kitchen were kind enough to share these kitchen hacks so you get to eat like a king at the start of the day without preparing a whole lot.
For this recipe, mash a banana in a bowl, add two eggs and scramble the mixture before frying it in a pan.
Voila! Add butter (preferably almond butter). Roll it up like a spring roll and take it with you as you rush off for school or to the office. The entire process takes less than 15 minutes (including clean up if you work really fast).
