Janice whips up porchetta like a pro

When you’re a talented celebrity/chef like Janice de Belen, even regular lunchtimes can be considered a one of a kind treat.

How else would you describe preparing this delicious porchetta for lunch? Janice even shared her process in her brief Instagram caption. From the uncooked meat alone, you could taste the flavors that the marinade and spices have resulted in.

“MARINATED THE PORK BELLY AND PORKLOIN IN ROSEMARY, SAGE, GARLIC , SALT, PEPPER AND LEMON . ROLLED IT UP AND TIED IT.

SCORED THE PORK SKIN AND SEASONED IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER.

OVEN IS SET AT 200 DEGREES C ROASTING FOR AN HOUR AND ANOTHER HOUR WITH TEMP DOWN TO 160 DEGREES C,” she shared for those who want to copy her recipe.

And the delight does not stop with the porchetta alone. She completed the dish with Sauteed French Beans and Corn In Butter, Mushroom Rice Pilaff, Pan Drippings Gravy and store bought Fig Apple Jam.
