Chef Gino prepares Penne in Pomodoro on the fly
It’s really great to be able to whip up something delicious on the fly but when you’re a chef like Chef Gino Gonzales, you make even the most complicated preparations seem easy.
In a recent post, the chef posted a video of his Penne in Pomodoro sauce dinner. Don’t worry, he didn’t post it simply to make his followers’ mouths water. He was generous enough to share his recipe.
According to Chef Gino, for the pasta sauce, he used tuyo in Olive oil,strips of SpianataRomana simmered with wine & finished with Fresh dill. He later topped his dish with mild cheddar sauce &grated gouda before he popped the entire thing in the oven until the cheese turned golden, bubbly and gratinated, signaling that its ready to come out.
Made a quick dinner,Penne in Pomodoro sauce with @eharvestcorp tuyo in Olive oil,strips of Spianata Romana simmered with wine & finished with Fresh dill.Topped with Fritos Mild cheddar sauce & Grated Gouda.Popped in the oven for a bit until golden,bubbly and gratinated.Eating it with Elsie’s garlic bread.Yummm!!! #chefgino
