Potato Corner savagely shades competitors without saying a word
Remember those times that Wendy’s twitter account became a trending topic because it shaded its competitors so hard?
Well it seems that Potato Corner’s admins have been taking notes and this time around, they retweeted a photo comparing the French fries of fastfood giants Wendy’s, McDonald’s, KFC and Burger King asking who has the best fries.
Using only a series of periods (…..) to quote the tweet, the French fries specialist shaded its competitors by implying that there really was no contest.
Retweeted by the over 7,000 users and liked by 40,000, Potato Corner seemed to receive the validation it needed from its patrons. However, looking at the replies on the thread, a lot of French fry aficionados seemed to agree that the fries are good but are too expensive. Hmm? Maybe Potato Corner could take some notes from these reactions.
