Make this quick and easy homemade wonton soup on your own
If you want to warm up with a warm bowl of wanton soup but are too lazy to go out to get it at your favorite Chinese restaurant, here’s a simple tip – make your own.
Its not that difficult. The folks at Home Foodie shared their recipe and its pretty easy to follow.
First, wrap a tablespoon of lumpiang shangai mix with wonton wrapper. Both ingredients are available at your local market. Make sure to seal the sides with water so that meat doesn’t fall out.
For the soup, boil some chicken stock, add chopped leeks, then add your wontons. After three minutes, you can already add your noodles, season with some sesame oil and then add some Chinese petchay.
