Drinking plenty of healthy smoothies which is made up of green fruits and veggies five days a week is her surefire way to ensure a natural detoxification process to keep her gut clean. It will take a bit of an effort for the busy bees who have to battle out the early morning commute but she says its all worth it.

Mindful tip 4: Mind your gut. I'm always asked how I keep my skin clear & weight the same (even lower) at 32. GREEN SMOOTHIES! A daily dose of raw fruits & vegetables. At least 5 times a week, every morning, I blend frozen kale, bananas and psyllium (@healthyoptionsph). Sometimes with frozen berries, mango, avo or coconut and cinnamon. Psyllium regulates bowel movement and flattens my belly. I feel clean and energetic when my pipes are clear! Clear gut = clear skin. Flush out that garbage. I now weigh the same as I did when I was 21. Since I stopped eating pets on 4 legs, I've kept 10 lbs off easily. But don't obsess over weight. Obsess over the amount of veggies YOU SHOULD be eating at every meal. A flat belly and good skin are the cherry on the cake.
