Manila is newest location for world’s cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant

That’s right. The world’s cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant, Hawker Chan, has just lowkey opened a branch here in Manila.

Based in Singapore, Hawker Chan is internationally acclaimed for its signature dishes like the best-selling Soya Chicken Rice.

The 86-seater restaurant is specifically located at the ground floor, Entertainment Mall, SM Mall of Asia Complex.

“Filipinos can look forward to the same mouthwatering dishes that have captivated people across the region as Foodee Global Concepts opens the first Hawker Chan at SM Mall of Asia,” a report in Manila Standard showed.

Aside from Soya Chicken Rice, other signature dishes that Hawker Chan offers include its signature combination platter of char siew, roasted pork, and pork rib, and the whole chicken platter. These are priced around P100 to P150 on average.
