Dingo sharescps to feel fuller but eat less
Do you have a problem about maintaining self control when faced with an assortment of delicious treats?
Well, the folks at Dingo K-Beauty have shared some great tips to feel fuller while eating less. These tips might come in handy for the holiday feasts so better practice early.
One great tip, the beauty channel said, was to chew gum 30 minutes before each meal. It makes hunger and thirst subside so when it comes to mealtime, you don’t feel compelled to eat as much.
Using a smaller spoon also ensures that you consume less in the same amount of time as using a bigger spoon. Brown rice is also a healthier alternative to white rice because not only is it rich in fiber, it also makes you eat slower and makes you feel fuller as compared to its regular counterpart. Oh, it also aids in your digestion too, so that’s a plus.
Another technique is to put your spoon down after every bite. The additional step of putting down and picking up your spoon slows down your momentum and your eating speed and keeps you from overeating.
Last but not the least – use smaller plates, eat slower and eat more vegetables to help you combat your constant need to binge eat and it will definitely work wonders. (ANGEL ONG)
