Make your own holiday bibingka with this quick and easy recipe
Have you ever wanted to prepare your own bibingka but thought it was too difficult to make it on your own?
The folks at Yummy Ph may just have the solution by posting a no frills bibingka recipe that you can enjoy with your family for the holidays.
All you need is mix together one cup of rice flour, ½ cup all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder in one bowl. Set aside and prepare another bowl where you put 2/3 cup coconut cream, ½ cup sugar, 2 large eggs (beaten), 2 tsp melted butter, ½ cup water. Stir them all together.
Add the flour mixture just like you would a pancake mix and transfer the mixture to a five inch round baking pan lined with banana leaves. Top with salted eggs and cheese. Bake for 350 degree Farenheit for 20-25 minutes. Top with butter and niyog once its done.
