Box office line at Aling Kika’s Special Bibingka gets netizens curious
Pinoys are known to be a patient lot, and nothing can exemplify their patience more than waiting in a line that goes on for at least four to five blocks just for Aling Kika’s famous delicacies.
Aling Kika’s recently reported a video by Facebook user Abet Gerona which documented the long line that stretched for blocks under the rainy weather until the front of Aling Kika’s Food Products in Cainta, Rizal.
Aling Kika’s management and staff also expressed their gratitude for the support and patronage of their customers who wanted to start the year with the shop’s famous bibingka and sapin sapin.
Some of the comments shared by the customers indicated that they started getting in line at 3 am and got into the store at 10 am. It was a good thing they did not get disappointed because by 11 am, they were already happily holding to their bibingka.
There were also those that shared that even for advance orders, they still had to wait a bit more before their got their products but they were still satisfied because the food was so good.
Some of those who saw the video, taken December 31, were curious as to why people would line up for hours for kakanin and it seems that a few road trips to Cainta have been set because of this curiosity. (ANGEL ONG)
